These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the conditions for reservations, events and other services of the 1969 Moon Restaurant & Sushi Bar.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, orders and services offered and provided by us.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone, email or through our website.
A reservation is considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us.
Please inform us in good time if you wish to change or cancel your reservation.
3. Booking conditions
Changes in the number of participants must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Please note that we will keep the reserved table free for 15 minutes after the agreed time. If you are late, please inform us in good time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
4. Prices and payment methods
All prices include VAT.
The following payment methods are accepted:

5. Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation date.
6. Return Policy and Refunds
Due to the nature of our catering services, there is no legal right of return for ordered food or services.
However, if there are errors on our part (e.g. incorrect delivery or inedible food), we ask you to contact us immediately to find an appropriate solution.
7. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part.
We assume no liability for the loss or damage of our guests’ personal belongings.
8. Data Protection
All personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and treated confidentially.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
